We use the information we collect to:
● Create and manage your account

We do not use your information to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
Your use of the App involves the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Firestore)
Firebase manages account authentication and stores your user profile and broadcast history in a secure cloud database. Your data is processed by Google LLC. Firebase Privacy Policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Anthropic (Claude API)
Broadcast scripts are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model (claude-haiku). Your topic selections and optional personalization preferences (such as favorite teams or city) are sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. Input data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Anthropic Privacy Policy: https://www.anthropic.com/privacy
OpenAI (Text-to-Speech API)
Generated broadcast scripts are converted to audio using OpenAI's TTS service. Script text is transmitted to OpenAI's servers for audio synthesis. OpenAI Privacy Policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
Mixpanel
We use Mixpanel to collect anonymized analytics about how users interact with the App — such as which topics are selected and how often broadcasts are completed. This data does not include your broadcast content. Mixpanel Privacy Policy: https://mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Sentry
Sentry captures crash reports and error logs to help us identify and fix technical problems. These reports may include device type, OS version, app version, and stack traces. They do not include your broadcast content or personally identifying information beyond a session identifier. Sentry Privacy Policy: https://sentry.io/privacy
Google AdMob
Free-tier users see advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier to deliver personalized ads. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
RevenueCat
RevenueCat manages subscription entitlements and purchase verification. RevenueCat receives your App Store anonymous customer identifier and subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive your payment card information. RevenueCat Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
Resend
We use Resend to send transactional emails. Your email address is stored in Resend's contact system for this purpose. Resend Privacy Policy: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
5. Data Retention
● Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, broadcast history, and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
● Broadcast cache: Generic cached broadcast content (not tied to your identity) may be retained for up to 24 hours.
● Analytics data: Anonymized aggregate analytics are retained for up to 24 months.
● Crash logs: Error reports are retained for up to 90 days.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in the App's Settings screen, or by emailing [email protected].
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We require users to provide their date of birth during signup and block account creation for users who do not meet this minimum age requirement. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete that information promptly.
